By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the SignAi mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
SignAi provides digital signature creation and document management tools, including but not limited to:
AI-generated signatures
Hand-drawn signatures
Auto-generated text signatures
Scanned signatures
Merge, split, compress, rotate, crop, and edit PDFs
Watermarking, password protection, and page numbering
Text extraction (OCR)
QR code generation and scanning
Text-to-PDF and image-to-PDF conversion
Gallery-based organization of signatures and documents
You must be at least 13 years old to use SignAi
Users under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent
You represent that all information you provide is accurate and lawful
SignAi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Install and use the App on your personal devices
Create and manage digital signatures
Process documents for personal or lawful business use
You agree not to:
Use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
Forge signatures or sign documents without authorization
Impersonate any person or entity
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Circumvent security or subscription mechanisms
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
Scrape, collect, or misuse data from other users
Distribute, resell, sublicense, or exploit the App
Creating signatures for lawful personal or business documents
Managing documents you own or are authorized to use
Generating QR codes for legitimate purposes
Fraud or forgery
Identity theft or impersonation
Copyright infringement
Harassment or abusive content
Spam or bulk document abuse
SignAi, including its software, design, AI models, and technology, is owned by us
All trademarks, logos, and branding are protected by law
You retain ownership of signatures and documents you create
You may export and use your content freely
We do not claim ownership of your data
You grant SignAi a limited license to process your content solely to provide App functionality, including AI signature generation.
This license ends when processing is complete
Your content is not used for training or marketing
Ownership remains with you
SignAi offers auto-renewable subscriptions, including:
Monthly
Half-Yearly (6 months)
Yearly
Subscriptions unlock premium features such as advanced AI styles, unlimited document processing, additional tools, and an ad-free experience.
Payments are charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to expiration
You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your device’s account settings
No refunds for partial subscription periods, unless required by law
SignAi uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements.
RevenueCat does not store payment information
All payments are handled by Apple or Google
RevenueCat processes anonymous identifiers and subscription status only
The App may integrate with third-party services including analytics, OCR, AI processing, subscription management, or optional cloud services.
Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms
We are not responsible for third-party performance or availability
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
We do not guarantee that:
The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
AI-generated signatures will meet legal standards in all jurisdictions
All PDFs will process correctly
Results will meet specific legal or aesthetic requirements
You are responsible for verifying the legal validity of signatures
Certain documents may require handwritten or notarized signatures
Always review processed documents before use
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not liable for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the App in the last 12 months
We are not responsible for device failures or unauthorized device access
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:
Your use of the App
Violations of these Terms
Fraudulent or unauthorized signature use
Intellectual property violations
You are responsible for backing up your data
Uninstalling the App may permanently delete local files
We do not provide guaranteed backup services unless stated
We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes are effective upon posting
Continued use constitutes acceptance
Material changes will be notified in-app
We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue features
Change pricing with notice
Update or discontinue the App
Stop using the App
Uninstall the App
Cancel subscriptions via device settings
Violation of these Terms
Fraud or abuse
Legal or regulatory requirements
Termination ends your license immediately.
Laws vary by jurisdiction
You are responsible for compliance
Use only documents you are authorized to process
Follow copyright and data protection laws
