3. Camera, Media, and Storage Access

These permissions are only used when you enable related features and can be revoked anytime via device settings.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

SignAi offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. Available plans include:

• Monthly subscription

• Half-Yearly (6-month) subscription

• Yearly subscription

Billing & Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account

• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your store account settings

SignAi does not directly process payments or store billing information.

Subscription Management via RevenueCat

SignAi uses RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service, to manage and validate in-app purchases.

RevenueCat may process:

• Subscription status (active, expired, trial)

• Purchase history and product identifiers

• Anonymous app user identifiers

Important Notes

• RevenueCat does not collect or store payment card details

• All payments are securely handled by Apple or Google

• Subscription data is used only to manage entitlements and access

Local Storage

• All signatures and documents are stored locally on your device

• Files remain on your device unless you explicitly choose to share or export them

AI Processing

• AI signature generation may require temporary cloud processing

• Data is encrypted during transmission

• No input data is retained after processing is completed
  
• Our app uses Pollinations AI (https://pollinations.ai) exclusively for the AI Signature Creation feature. When a user enters their name and taps Generate, a text prompt is sent to the Pollinations AI image generation API. No other AI or generative service is used. Google ML Kit is used on-device only for document scanning (OCR) and does not transmit any data externally.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

SignAi does not sell, trade, or rent your personal data.Only the user’s entered name (as part of a text prompt) and image generation parameters are sent to Pollinations AI. No device identifiers, location, contacts, or any other personal data are shared. All requests include nofeed=true to prevent generated images from appearing on Pollinations AI’s public feed.

We may share limited information only in these cases:
